Due to the nature of our products being frozen food items, all confirmed orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been processed or shipped.

We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following situations:

  1. The item received is incorrect.
  2. The item is damaged upon arrival.
  3. The item is spoiled due to delivery issues.
  4. There is a verified order fulfilment error from our side.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, delivery label, and any visible damage.

Refunds or replacements are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted after the stated period.
